Adding the Chocolate Layer: Melt the milk chocolate and spread it over the baked oat base while still warm. Ensure an even layer of chocolate on top.

Cooling and Serving: Allow the bars to cool for about 10 minutes in the tray before transferring to a cooling rack. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate before cutting into bars.
