STEP 1
Mix the marinade ingredients together, add the chicken thighs, mix well, cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
STEP 2
Repeat this process of cooking and carving until all the shawarma is cooked.
STEP 3
Skewer onto a rotisserie spit and cook in the HYSapientia air fryer oven on the rotisserie option with a preset of 180C for 45 minutes (carve regularly).
