STEP 1
Beat the sugar and butter until white.
STEP 2
Add the eggs one at a time and beat.
STEP 3
When cooked, poke holes in the cake and set aside.
STEP 4
Combine 2 milks with the cardamom and cinnamon in a saucepan. Heat and pour over the cake when cooked.
STEP 5
Bake in HYSapientia air fryer oven at 140C for 20 minutes.
STEP 6
Add the vanilla and fold in the flour and baking powder.
STEP 7
Thicken the cream with the vanilla and 2 tbsp icing sugar. Pipe over the cake and garnish with rose petals & pistachios.
