STEP 1
Prepare 8 sea-bass boneless large fish fillets and drain the surface with kitchen paper.
STEP 2
Mix all the dry spices to make a marinade.
STEP 3
Spray the baking tray with oil. Lay out the fish fillets.
STEP 4
Bake in the HYSapientia air fryer oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
STEP 5
Rub the fillets with the spice mix. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Spray the top of the fillets with some olive oil.
STEP 6
Squeeze a little lemon juice over the top. Top with lemon and chopped coriander.
