Operating Steps
  • STEP 1
    Add flour to a bowl, add softened butter and rub with fingers until breadcrumbs form.
  • STEP 2
    Add baking powder, sugar, 1 egg and mix with hands. Add small amounts of milk at a time to form a dough. Transfer to a dusted surface and knead for 2 mins.
  • STEP 3
    Cut into 6 large or 12 small equal parts. Transfer on to a greased tray and glaze with egg wash.
  • STEP 4
