STEP 1
Roll out the short crust pastry and lay in a greased tin.
STEP 2
Add a little double cream and a little milk.
STEP 3
Prepare any vegetables you wish to add.
STEP 4
Mix everything together and spread the filling on the shortcrust pastry. Add some grated cheese.
STEP 5
Place the vegetables in a mixing bowl and season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Crack 3 eggs and mix well.
STEP 6
Bake in the HYSapientia Air Fryer Oven at 190C for 25 mins.
