Homemade Tandoori Skewers
This recipe shows how an air fryer can be used to make tasty barbecue skewers with a crispy exterior and tender interior.

Operating Steps
  • STEP 1
    Wash and cube the chicken breast
  • STEP 2
    Arrange on some skewers and bake (If your skewers are wooden soak them in water before using to avoid burning)
  • STEP 3
    Cube the peppers and onion and use the left over tandoori paste to marinate (optional)
  • STEP 4
    In a bowl add all of the dry spices above followed by the yogurt & olive oil. Combine all the ingredients & add in the chicken, marinate for 2-3 hours
  • STEP 5
    Bake for 20 mins on the rotisserie option at 180C in the HYSapientia air fryer oven
