Homemade Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls

Operating Steps
  • STEP 1
    Firstly add the yeast into the milk and set aside for 10 mins until frothy
  • STEP 2
    Combine all together and add the yeast milk. Knead until it becomes a dough.Set aside in a covered bowl for 2 hours
  • STEP 3
    Put your flour in a mixing bowl and add sugar, eggs, butter and salt (see dough ingredients above)
  • STEP 4
    Combine melted butter , vanilla, icing sugar and milk until it makes a paste
  • STEP 5
    Flour the surface and roll the dough out to a rectangle.Brush on the cinnamon filling.Cut into equally rectangular shapes.Stretch and roll into a swirl
  • STEP 6
    Combine butter, sugar, cinnamon & salt and mix until it becomes a paste
  • STEP 7
    Bake in HYSapientia air fryer oven at 180C for 20 minutes.Pour on the vanilla icing and cool for 1 hour before serving
