STEP 1
Cut the chicken breast into strips of your desired size.In a bowl, combine garlic granules, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken strips with this seasoning mixture.

Dip each seasoned chicken strip into the beaten egg.Roll the egg-coated strip in breadcrumbs until evenly coated.Place the coated strips on a plate or tray.Preheat your HYSapientia Air-fryer Oven to 230 degrees Celsius.Place the breaded chicken strips in the air-fryer basket in a single layer.Lightly spray the chicken strips with oil to help them become crispy.Air-fry the chicken using the Chicken Preset setting for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
STEP 3
In a small saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat.Add crushed garlic and sauté until fragrant.Stir in soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes to taste.Cook the sauce for a few minutes until it thickens slightly and add the chicken that has been baked in the air fryer.
